Update Shanghai & Ningbo

Dear valued client,

We would like to inform you about the developments in the region of Shanghai and Ningbo.

Ningbo
At the moment everything is open and normal in Ningbo, however the warehouses are dealing with heavy congestion. It takes 1-3 days to deliver goods to the warehouses.

The usual procedure is as follows:

1. Shipper makes an appointment.

2. Warehouse approves the appointment based on the sailing schedule.

3. Warehouse approves and the shipper delivers the goods.

Several warehouses, including BaiChuan, work without approval. This causes extra waiting time.

Shanghai
Earlier, we informed you about the improvement and that steps are taken to continue the cargo flow. Shanghai is expected to fully recover at the end of May or early of June.

We are monitoring the situation closely and are fully engaged in informing you about upcoming developments.
