Dominican Republic: Customs Law

Dear valued customer,

Please be advised that due to Dominican Republic Customs Law, restrictions have been implemented to avoid congestion at warehouses and ports. As part of these restrictions, all shipments have 30 working days to clear customs taxes and be picked up by consignee.

If shipments are not picked up within 30 working days, customs authorities will pick up the cargo and will be on hands of the authorities.

As this is Dominican Republic Customs Law, our agent is unable to hold cargo for consignee after period established by customs authorities.
